Welcome to JoifulYoga.com. Joiful Yoga and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit Joiful Yoga Studio or JoifulYoga.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Photo and Video Release
The Client grants the Releases an absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use the videos and photos that include the Client, individually or with others, and to copyright, publish, republish, and reuse them, in part or whole, in any media, now or in the future. The Releases may use the videos and photos for promotion, advertising, art, illustration, or any other related purpose, and may include the Client's name if they choose to do so. By signing this agreement, the Client releases and discharges the Releases from any and all claims and demands related to the use of these materials, including libel or invasion of privacy claims. This authorization and release applies to the shareholders, officers, directors, heirs, legal representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns of the Releases.

Property Loss
Joiful Yoga does not assume responsibility for the safekeeping of personal belongings. By agreeing to this policy, I, along with my heirs, assignees, or legal representatives, waive any claims against Joiful Yoga, its management, and staff for property damage or loss. This waiver applies to any and all claims, regardless of the cause or extent of damage, and is binding for as long as I attend classes at Joiful Yoga.

Risks and Discomforts
Yoga, meditation, cardio, strength training, and other forms of physical activity carry inherent risks. Participation in fitness programs may lead to muscle and joint pain, changes in blood pressure, lightheadedness, dizziness, delayed onset muscle soreness, tendinitis, and other discomforts. Participants have the option to stop exercising if they experience discomfort. At Joiful Yoga, it is our policy to call 911 immediately if a participant displays signs of distress.

Waiver and Assumption of Liability
By participating in Studio sessions and using exercise equipment, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity and exercise programs, and that participation is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with the services provided by the Releases and understand that they are not qualified to diagnose, examine, or treat any health condition. If you experience any health concerns, you agree to immediately inform Studio personnel. The Releases will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, loss or theft, regardless of negligence or fault, present or future.

Privacy Policy
Joiful Collective LLC places great importance on protecting the privacy of its customers (referred to as "Customer," "you," or "your"). This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information on how Joiful Collective LLC ("Joiful Yoga," "us," or "we") and its third-party service providers collect, use, and disclose information via the mobile application ("Yoga Studio" or "Application"). Your use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy. Any changes to these policies will be posted, but will only apply to future activities and information. It is recommended that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the site to ensure that you fully understand how your personal information will be used.
Collection of Information
When visitors voluntarily submit personally identifiable information, such as names, postal addresses, and email addresses, we collect it to fulfill their specific requests. The information is only used for this purpose unless visitors give us permission to use it for other reasons, such as adding them to one of our mailing lists.

In addition, all emails and newsletters from us provide the option to opt-out of further mailings.
