Welcome to JoifulYoga.com. Joiful Yoga and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit Joiful Yoga Studio or JoifulYoga.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Photo and Video Release
The Client grants the Releases an absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use the videos and photos that include the Client, individually or with others, and to copyright, publish, republish, and reuse them, in part or whole, in any media, now or in the future. The Releases may use the videos and photos for promotion, advertising, art, illustration, or any other related purpose, and may include the Client's name if they choose to do so. By signing this agreement, the Client releases and discharges the Releases from any and all claims and demands related to the use of these materials, including libel or invasion of privacy claims. This authorization and release applies to the shareholders, officers, directors, heirs, legal representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns of the Releases.

Property Loss
Joiful Yoga does not assume responsibility for the safekeeping of personal belongings. By agreeing to this policy, I, along with my heirs, assignees, or legal representatives, waive any claims against Joiful Yoga, its management, and staff for property damage or loss. This waiver applies to any and all claims, regardless of the cause or extent of damage, and is binding for as long as I attend classes at Joiful Yoga.

Risks and Discomforts
Yoga, meditation, cardio, strength training, and other forms of physical activity carry inherent risks. Participation in fitness programs may lead to muscle and joint pain, changes in blood pressure, lightheadedness, dizziness, delayed onset muscle soreness, tendinitis, and other discomforts. Participants have the option to stop exercising if they experience discomfort. At Joiful Yoga, it is our policy to call 911 immediately if a participant displays signs of distress.

Waiver and Assumption of Liability
By participating in Studio sessions and using exercise equipment, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity and exercise programs, and that participation is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with the services provided by the Releases and understand that they are not qualified to diagnose, examine, or treat any health condition. If you experience any health concerns, you agree to immediately inform Studio personnel. The Releases will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, loss or theft, regardless of negligence or fault, present or future.
Privacy Policy
Joiful Collective LLC places great importance on protecting the privacy of its customers (referred to as "Customer," "you," or "your"). This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information on how Joiful Collective LLC ("Joiful Yoga," "us," or "we") and its third-party service providers collect, use, and disclose information via the mobile application ("Yoga Studio" or "Application"). Your use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy. Any changes to these policies will be posted, but will only apply to future activities and information. It is recommended that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the site to ensure that you fully understand how your personal information will be used.
Collection of Information
When visitors voluntarily submit personally identifiable information, such as names, postal addresses, and email addresses, we collect it to fulfill their specific requests. The information is only used for this purpose unless visitors give us permission to use it for other reasons, such as adding them to one of our mailing lists.
Cookie/Tracking Technology
Depending on the features offered, the Site may use cookie and tracking technology. This technology is useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Additionally, cookies can be used to customize the Site for visitors. However, we do not share information with these companies for marketing purposes.
Commitment to Data Security
We take the security of your personally identifiable information seriously and ensure that it is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information have access to it. In addition, all emails and newsletters from us provide the option to opt-out of further mailings.
Health and Fitness Data
If you choose to enable Workout Metrics and grant permission through Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS, our app accesses health and fitness data, such as heart rate and calories burned, solely to display workout metrics for your classes.
This data is accessed and processed on your device. It is not transmitted to, stored, or retained by us or our app provider. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. The uses and restrictions described in this section apply specifically to health and fitness data accessed through this feature.
You can revoke the app’s access at any time through the permissions settings in Health Connect or Apple Health.
Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with Google’s applicable Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
Joiful Yoga retains customer account information, booking history, waiver acknowledgments, and transaction records as necessary to provide services, maintain reporting, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and applicable obligations.
Certain information, including historical reporting and transaction records, may be retained after an account becomes inactive or is deleted for legitimate business, reporting, and legal purposes.
Health and fitness metrics accessed through the optional Health Connect or Apple Health integration are processed on the user's device and are not transmitted to, stored, or retained by Joiful Yoga or our app provider.
Account and Personal Data Deletion
Customers may request deletion of their Joiful Yoga account directly through the mobile application or website.
How to Delete Your Account

Log in to your Joiful Yoga account through the app or website.

Navigate to Profile → Personal Information → Delete Account.

Follow the instructions to complete the account deletion process.
Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and the customer will no longer be able to log in using that account.
Information Retained After Account Deletion
Account deletion does not necessarily result in the removal of all historical customer information.
Certain reporting data, including the customer's name, may remain retained for reporting purposes. Other records may be retained as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements and legitimate business obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and applicable obligations.
