Katina Zachas

Katina came to yoga in 2013 when looking to heal multiple running injuries. She quickly fell in love with the combination of alignment based yoga principles and dynamic vinyasa movement. Over the last few years, she discovered a passion for the classical Hatha and Ashtanga lineages and spends as much time as possible studying them in between raising a family, teaching spin, working on her Etsy shop and writing a novel! {She is also amidst her Level 2 Komyo ReikiDo training.} In Katina’s classes, you can expect creative sequencing heavily influenced by her ongoing studies, and infused with thoughtful spiritual notes.

Kyle Dondero

Kyle was drawn to yoga through the path of meditation in college. He had the pleasure of learning Kriya Yoga from Mr. Roy Eugene Davis, disciple of Swami Yogananda. His classes encourage deepening your connection to your Self through breath and bodily awareness.
