Cassie Parlotto
Owner
Cassie has been a yoga enthusiast for years and completed her YTT in Kundalini yoga in 2021. She is also a meditation teacher, Reiki master, and hosts various workshops, including Vision Boarding, I Am Remarkable, Starting Over, Designing a Life You Love, EFT/Tapping, Unconscious Bias, & more. You may see her walking to the studio as she lives close by with her husband, two teens, & doggie (her third and oldest is away at school).
Zach Sanders
Director of Continuing Education
Zach’s purpose for teaching yoga is to help others find healing in the body, mind, and spirit. With over 500 hours of training in Hatha and Pranayama under Himalayan masters, he aims to bring these ancient practices to the modern person. In his classes, you can expect deeply rejuvenating yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness in order to bring you back to center, health, and peace.
Additionally, Zach is the Director of Education for our continuing education program, which is eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
Daniella Boik
Teacher
Daniella has been teaching yoga since 2019 but has been practicing for over a decade now. Her favorite styles of yoga include restorative, yin and yoga nidra. She loves helping students relax into their true nature of being and brings about a peaceful, calming experience.
Isabel Aviles Moreno
Teacher
Isabel is passionate about the connection we achieve with ourselves through our bodies. Something that she began to build from a very young age dancing ballet, and that she rediscovered years later through the practice of Yoga. She is a dedicated practitioner and student of Ashtanga Yoga, who in her class seeks to inspire the same passion in her students.
Doug Johnson
Teacher
Douglas Johnson - E-RYT 500, YACEP is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of training and 25 years of teaching experience. He is the founder of the Mahapatha Yoga community and has trained with prominent yoga teachers like Paul Grilley, Amrit and Kamini Desai, Andrey Lappa, Deva Parnell, Rod Stryker, and ‘Yoganand’ Michael Carroll. Douglas is known for integrating the ‘yoga of sound’ into his teaching, studying Kirtan with renowned masters like David "Durga Das" Newman, Jai Uttal, and Sean Johnson, and Vedic mantras with Russill Paul. Additionally, he is a certified Gong Yoga Therapy practitioner and Amrit-Method Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator, offering meditation guidance for over two decades. Katina Zachas
Teacher
Katina came to yoga in 2013 when looking to heal multiple running injuries. She quickly fell in love with the combination of alignment based yoga principles and dynamic vinyasa movement. Over the last few years, she discovered a passion for the classical Hatha and Ashtanga lineages and spends as much time as possible studying them in between raising a family, teaching spin, working on her Etsy shop and writing a novel! {She is also amidst her Level 2 Komyo ReikiDo training.} In Katina’s classes, you can expect creative sequencing heavily influenced by her ongoing studies, and infused with thoughtful spiritual notes.
Kyle Dondero

Kyle was drawn to yoga through the path of meditation in college. He had the pleasure of learning Kriya Yoga from Mr. Roy Eugene Davis, disciple of Swami Yogananda. His classes encourage deepening your connection to your Self through breath and bodily awareness.
Kayla Weiner
Teacher
Kayla is a 200 HR RYT specializing in Hatha, Yin, & Childrens Yoga. She started yoga 9 years ago while competing as a Nationally Qualified Sponsored Bikini Fitness Athlete. She fell in love with yoga through her practice and started teaching Childrens, Hatha, and Yin Yoga in 2022. She's currently in my 3rd trimester of her first pregnancy and in training to receive her Prenatal Yoga Certification. Once certified she will be offering prenatal classes and workshops. Her focus areas include breath, balance, and flexibility.
