Reiki Trainings

Embark on a transformative Reiki journey with Joiful Yoga's upcoming programs, hosted by Reiki Master and studio owner, Cassie Parlotto.

 

Joiful has programs in all levels of Reiki training. Whether you have never taken a Reiki training with us and want to start at Level 1, or if you have started elsewhere and want to jump in, all are welcome. 

 

Cassie ensures an engaging and enjoyable learning experience, fostering connections among students through collaborative practices.

 

In addition to the trainings themselves, we offer ongoing support in a variety of ways.

 

⭐️ We have a dedicated WhatsApp group for Reiki practitioners so you can ask questions and get feedback from your Reiki community

 

⭐️ We host Reiki Shares, which is a fun opportunity to socialize and provide Reiki healing to the community

⭐️ Joiful hosts Reiki + Restore classes, and you can have the opportunity to practice your healing by assisting an instructor for the class

Reiki Level 1

​

Reiki Level 1 or First Degree, is dedicated to shaping the student into an adept healer, with a primary focus on self-healing, detoxification, and establishing a daily practice routine. This phase is pivotal for the development of healing abilities. Although receiving numerous attunements won't automatically transform you into an effective healer, the attunement itself opens you to the Universal Life Force, or ki, and clears your energy channels, akin to an oil change. However, it is the consistent practice that aligns these channels and maintains your connection with the universal ki. Self-healing takes center stage during this period.

Reiki Level 2

​

Reiki Level 2, also known as the Second Degree, is a transformative step in the practice of Reiki, enabling practitioners to deepen their understanding and harness a broader spectrum of healing energy. This certification course is designed for individuals who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to expand their knowledge and skills. The course focuses on the use of sacred symbols and distant healing techniques, empowering participants to provide more comprehensive and targeted Reiki sessions.

Reiki Master Apprentice

​

Reiki Level 3, often referred to as the Master/Teacher Level, represents the pinnacle of Reiki training, empowering practitioners to become proficient Reiki Masters and Teachers. This comprehensive course is designed for individuals who have completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and are ready to deepen their understanding, refine their skills, and take on the responsibility of teaching and attuning others to Reiki.

Unlike Level 1 & Level 2, you will not receive your certificate and officially become a Reiki Master until you complete all your coursework. The coursework consists of 1:1 Reiki sessions & distance sessions where you will take detailed notes. You'll additionally attend a Reiki + Restore class and assist the instructor with Reiki for that class (or if you are not local, we will make alternate arrangements). You'll also get practice giving attunements. Lastly, you will have a mini assessment, where you will recite and draw all 5 standard Reiki symbols from memory.​​​​​​
